Now I am contributing much more money to my family and free from any mental apprehension as compare to past life. The support of “ Skill Initiative for Informal sector workers”  of PARDA organization Partner with TATA Trusts facilitation & morale assistance has given me a new scope and opportunity. Now people of Bagbahara block recognising me as a “rising little star” of Bagbahara Block.”

Sri Thansingh Dhruw an unemployed youth of Awaradobri Village of Bagbahara Block under Mahasamund district. He is surviving with his one younger sister, one younger brother and his parents in his small family. He worked as a daily wage worker inside the village, but the income was not very sufficient for him and also for their family.

When PARDA started working through its project “Skill Initiatives for informal Sector Workers” and registered many unemployed youths, he came in contact with Skill Mitras of said organization and enrolled his name. As per the process of programe he has completed his counseling at Block in charge of Nuapada block and select Salesman ship sector as his career option and submit all his documents in the office of said organization & joined One months Salesmanship course at Subh Fuels, Bagbahara Block headquarter. 

Eventually he has completed his basic course on Salesmanship in two months & as per the demand of Shubh Fuels owner , he joined as a employee in the same Fuel Station. Now he draws a base salary Rs. 3000/- (Excluding one time fooding & Health facility)per month. His owner is now happy on his performances, and hold PARDA in very high esteem. This is due to the examplinary candidates that Fuel Station owner has seen from PARDA, Nuapada.

Now Sri Dhruw is much more happy due to his stable income at nearby his native place & will continue the same in future.
