I earn well. I manage a minimum of Rs.4000 a month, and if I get any special case related to my proffession nearby town, I manage to earn about Rs 1000 / Rs. 2000 extra mony apart from my regular duty.  Thanks to PARDA, Partner with TATA Trusts for their motivation, skill upgradation &Explore Right Placement opportunity for me.

Sri Dhananjaya Punji an unemployed youth of Chhelilendi Village of Nuapada Block under Nuapada district. He is surviving with his one younger sister and his parents in his small family. The only source of income in the family is Dhananjaya and he worked as a Part time Cycle Mechanic cum agricultural labour inside the village and earn Rs.1000/ Rs. 1500, but the income was not very sufficient for their family.  

When PARDA started working through its project “Skill Initiatives for informal Sector Workers” he came in contact with Skill Mitras of said organization and enrolled his name. He enrolled very soon with the said programme due to his daily income was not sufficient for their family and a result he became mentally weak & unable to do hard works. As per the process of programe he has completed his counseling at Block in charge of Nuapada block and select Auto mobile sector as his career option.

            As per instruction of Skill Staff of PARDA, he update & submit all his documents in the office of said organization & joined 3 months Automobile Mechanic course at Sunil Garage, Nuapada district headquarter. 

Eventually he has completed his basic course on Automobile Mechanic in 3 months & as per the demand of Automobile owner, he joined as a employee in the same automobile shop. Now he draws a base salary Rs. 4000/- (Excluding one time fooding)per month. His owner is now happy on his performances.  Dhananjaya now dremed to establish a Automobile workshop within one Year at nearby his village.
